A masterful expositor and prolific writer of Bible commentaries and other study materials, Harry Ironside takes to the Scriptures in order to define one of life's most important moments— repentance unto salvation.

Penned out of a heart full of concern for so many who have missed this primary doctrine, even among "
many otherwise orthodox and fundamentally sound circles," this book emphasizes the need of true repentance— defining, not mystifying it. For, "it is when men repent from dead works and put their faith in God, resting in the redemptive work of His blessed Son, that they really begin to live unto Him."

Filled with numerous references to Scripture and illustrations, as well as quotes from respected evangelists such as D.L. Moody and the author's own experiences, this book will provide clarity on the doctrine of repentance. It is written for Bible students, preachers, and— as Ironside himself said— it was written "for earnest people who desire to know the will of God and to do it."
