ORDERING
Orders can still be made via phone or email.
Our standard quantity discount is 30% off purchases of 5 or more of one title. Some exceptions apply.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the weight of the total order and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
SHIPPING
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. All orders are filled in London, Ontario, Canada.
Canadian orders (and most international orders) are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Canada Post shipments go out daily, and our current shipping days for UPS are Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Note about USPS (media mail) American orders shipped via USPS (media mail) are forwarded from Canada to a post office in Port Huron, Michigan for mailing. Orders are currently forwarded on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will do our best to provide tracking numbers, but if you don't see one in your shipping confirmation email, feel free to contact us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that destinations other than Canada and the US may charge additional duties and taxes that are outside of our control. If you are an international customer, feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate (estimates for duties/taxes are not available).
RETURNS
All sales are final. However, replacements will be sent for lost or damaged items. In most cases, orders are eligible for replacement if they have not arrived 10 days past their estimated delivery date.
